Computer Systems Analyst


We are hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and functionality. Your role will involve working closely with both technical and non-technical teams to identify business needs and recommend solutions that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis of current computer systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Developing new or modifying existing computer systems to meet business requirements
- Creating technical documentation such as system specifications, user manuals, and training materials
- Testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure functionality and user satisfaction
- Providing support and training to end-users on new or modified systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, databases, networks, and programming languages
- Experience in system design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1100 per month
