IT Manager - Washington



As the IT Manager for our company in Washington, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our information technology systems. You will lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives
- Plan and manage technology budgets
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on proper use of technology resources
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and develop solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical knowledge of various computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Proven experience in budgeting, planning, and project management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
