Senior IT Manager


We are hiring a Senior IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations in Washington. As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the IT department, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology needs
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware and software systems
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Develop and maintain security protocols to protect company data from cyber threats
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that IT systems support their operations effectively
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations on how they can improve business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Washington. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
