We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our company's network infrastructure. This is a contract position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience, making it suitable for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve any network issues in a timely manner
- Perform routine updates and upgrades to network hardware and software
- Implement security protocols to protect against potential threats
- Provide technical support to end-users on network-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Washington (Malayalees preferred)
