IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Conduct regular maintenance on servers, workstations, printers, and other equipment
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month (contract position)

Location: Washington (accommodation provided)
