Data Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Washington, working with our Pakistani English-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis and visualization, as well as strong communication skills to effectively communicate findings to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in the data
- Communicate results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical models
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for Pakistanis in Washington preferred
