We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining the data infrastructure necessary for machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for machine learning projects
- Test and evaluate the performance of machine learning models
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
