Senior Developer - Washington, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for our clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior developers on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications according to client requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with databases (SQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS/Android)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
