Senior Android Developer

We are a global technology company based in Washington seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You should have a strong understanding of Android development and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize app performance and debug issues on various devices
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile application development
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience with Firebase, Google Play Services, or other Google libraries
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for mobile applications
