Teamlead for Canadian Expansion (Full-Time)

As the Teamlead for Canadian Expansion, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals to expand our company's presence in Canada. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive growth in the Canadian market, as well as managing and training team members to ensure their success in their roles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals to successfully expand our company's presence in Canada
- Create and implement strategies to increase market share and drive growth in the Canadian market
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and approaches to challenges
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure their success in their roles
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Communicate regularly with upper management on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth in a new market or expanding into a new region
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Canadian market preferred but not required

Salary: $1400 per month.
