Social Media Moderator

As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company's online presence across various social media platforms in the city of Washington. You will be the first point of contact for any customer queries, comments or concerns, and will be expected to respond in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, has strong communication skills and is able to work part-time on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or feedback on social media channels
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing helpful information and resolving any issues that may arise
- Keep track of customer trends and provide feedback to the team
- Help develop strategies to improve our online presence and engagement with customers
- Maintain a positive brand image by upholding our company values and policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or social media management preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule, willing to work part-time hours including evenings/weekends if needed

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Washington, however remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
