Facade Designer

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing building facades. You will work with architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional facade designs that meet project requirements. Your role will involve researching and implementing new materials and techniques, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends. You should have a strong eye for design and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create facade designs that meet project requirements
- Research new materials and techniques for facade construction
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in facade design
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Present designs to clients and make revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Washington D.C., United States (Preference for Indian candidates)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
