Facade Technician

We are in search of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Washington, preferably of Indian nationality. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades, including glass panels, cladding, and curtain walls. A strong understanding of facade systems and building materials is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of building facades
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades
- Work closely with project managers and architects to ensure proper installation
- Follow all safety procedures while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Biometric passport preferred
- Fluent in English
- Accommodation provided
