A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, creating smooth and durable finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, sanding, and filling any cracks or holes
- Mix and apply plaster onto surfaces using trowels or spray guns
- Create various textures and finishes by adding decorative elements or using different tools
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces as needed
- Ensure proper drying time between coats
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for full-time work. Other benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
