Administrative Assistant
Our company is in search of a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Siauliai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Monitor office expenses and handle invoices and billing statements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must be eligible to work in Siauliai with own visa
- Previous experience working with Indian professionals is preferred
Salary: 1300$ per month
