Android Developer

We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with project managers and UI/UX designers to turn design concepts into functional apps.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with external data sources and APIs
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in mobile development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an Android Developer with at least 2 years of professional work experience
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and Android SDK
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience developing video streaming or social media apps
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Familiarity with design patterns like MVP or MVVM
