Commercial Architect

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces that meet our clients' business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include meeting with clients to discuss their requirements, developing design concepts and plans, creating detailed drawings and specifications, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and liaising with contractors during the construction process. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and providing guidance on sustainable design practices.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience working as an Architect in commercial projects. You should also possess strong technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software and have a solid understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and project management principles.

As we work on projects for international clients, fluency in English is required. Additionally, experience working on projects within the Indian market would be an asset. This position is open to both male and female candidates who can work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. However, we are open to discussing part-time opportunities for the right candidate. This position does not include accommodation but we do offer free visa sponsorship and ticket assistance for non-Lithuanian candidates.
