Junior Commercial Architect (Contract) in Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a member of our architecture firm, you will work on various commercial projects, ranging from office buildings to retail spaces. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring and documenting existing buildings
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate with clients and contractors to discuss project requirements and progress
- Assist with material selection, cost estimation, and construction document preparation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial projects is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in Lithuanian language is preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300 USD per month.

The job will be based in Utena, Lithuania.
