As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main duty will be to create functional and visually appealing structures that meet the needs and preferences of clients while also adhering to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Your responsibilities will include conducting site evaluations, developing design concepts, preparing construction documents, obtaining necessary approvals and permits, and overseeing construction progress. You must have strong technical skills in areas such as building materials, structural systems, and building codes. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and collaborate with team members.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture or a related field. Experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with additional benefits including free visa sponsorship and travel ticket.
