Sales Manager



We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with proven experience in driving business growth and meeting targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed to improve results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Utena and work full-time with visa sponsorship
