Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Washington, preferably of Indian nationality. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to optimize processes and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop algorithms and models to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for statistical analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
