Plasterboard Worker


We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Washington. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing plasterboards on walls and ceilings, creating smooth and even surfaces for finishing. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards and their installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work permit for Washington (preferably for Filipinos)

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboards according to blueprints and building codes
- Prepare surfaces by removing old materials, filling holes, and applying primer if necessary
- Secure plasterboards with screws or nails, ensuring they are straight and level
- Apply joint compound to seams between boards, smoothing it out evenly with trowels
- Sand down dried joint compound for a smooth finish
- Repair or replace damaged plasterboards if needed
- Collaborate with other workers on the construction site to ensure timely completion of projects
