Formworker Supervisor (Filipino or foreigner)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction of formwork structures in Washington. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing a team of formworkers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for formworkers according to project timeline
- Supervise the installation, assembly, and maintenance of formwork structures
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Keep detailed records of materials, labor, and equipment used in projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker Supervisor or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Extensive knowledge of formwork systems, materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Salary: $900 per week (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington (accommodation provided if needed)
Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year contract with possibility for extension
