We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Washington. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires physical strength and endurance, as well as the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials for formwork
- Assemble, erect, and tie together forms
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using trowel or screed
- Strip forms after concrete has cured
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluent English communication skills
