Requirements:
- Valid operator's license/certification for heavy equipment
- At least 2 years of previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy machinery on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment before and after use
