We are currently hiring for an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Your main role will be to support the design team by translating concepts into technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements as needed
- Prepare construction documents, including specifications and material selections
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with the design team and other professionals involved in the project
