Preservation Architect

A reputable architectural firm in Washington is seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, however, fluency in English is required. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for preserving historical buildings and structures, and who can demonstrate excellent knowledge in architectural conservation and restoration techniques.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings and developing preservation plans that comply with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of preservation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in preservation architecture. Previous experience working on historical sites is highly preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
