Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington, working on a variety of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with excellent technical skills and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs that meet project requirements
- Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using computer software
- Develop concept designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to design plans
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Washington. Applicants from Pakistan who are fluent in English are welcome.
