We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the design of their commercial building
- Developing concept sketches and 3D models to present to clients for approval
- Creating detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Overseeing the construction process and ensuring that it adheres to the approved design plans and specifications
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure that the building's structure is sound and meets safety standards
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building materials, systems, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on LEED certified projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM software
