Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and facilities, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that designs meet their requirements
- Conducting site visits to assess existing buildings or potential construction sites
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Overseeing construction progress to ensure that designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington (accommodation provided)
Visa sponsorship available for non-native candidates.
