Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that machines are set up and operated correctly, producing high-quality products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring systems
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks as needed

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per week. We are open to candidates from all backgrounds, but preference will be given to Malayalees or Canadians who are fluent in English. Candidates with a biometric passport will also be preferred.
