Machine Operator

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility located in Washington. You will ensure that the machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and physical stamina. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety regulations
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English (Nepali proficiency preferred)
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required

Working Conditions:
This position is based in our Washington manufacturing facility. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed.
