Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up radio equipment according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with clients to schedule installations or repairs
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technology changes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of radio systems, antennas, and other related equipment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with various brands of radio equipment such as Motorola, Kenwood, or Icom
- Certification or training in radio technology
- Knowledge of FCC regulations
