We are a leading manufacturing company based in Washington, and we are hiring skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components using different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. You will also be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring that all welds meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of welding including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine the correct welding methods and materials
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in different types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physical stamina and strength to work with heavy materials and equipment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
