As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office in Washington. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and maintaining a professional and organized office environment. Your tasks will include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing files and documents, and assisting with various office projects. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Preference will be given to applicants from African or Nepali backgrounds. Salary for this role is 1400$ per month.
