Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment to determine boundaries, topography, and other relevant data
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys and data collected
- Adhere to safety protocols when working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
