Entry-Level Baker


We are a well-established bakery in Washington, seeking an entry-level baker to join our team. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have a strong interest in the food industry. As an English speaking job, proficiency in the language is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for consistency and appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit to handle standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy baking trays, and working in a hot environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This may increase based on performance.
