Skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance in Washington, USA


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Washington, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and repair of our properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or potential problems
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Respond to tenants' requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure that all safety standards are met while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA
- Ability to handle physical workload and work independently
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if needed
