Handyman/Handywoman

A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking skilled and reliable Handymen/Handywomen to join our team. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors, at various properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
- Inspect properties and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to clients' requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
