Loader Operator


We are a fast-paced construction company seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and transport materials on our job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to move materials on construction sites
- Load and unload trucks with materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
