Loader Operator


A loader operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials such as rocks, dirt, and other construction materials. They work on construction sites, mines, and other industrial sites to assist in the movement of materials. As a loader operator, you will be required to operate loaders safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders to load materials onto trucks or conveyor belts
- Inspect machinery before each shift to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
- Move materials around the worksite using loaders
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish

Salary: $1300 per month (may vary based on experience)
