Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Build strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to develop packages and promotions that will attract new customers
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market research techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1100 per month
