We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Atlanta. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. Your role will involve implementing security measures, installing necessary hardware and software, and ensuring smooth network operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in networking, server administration, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security protocols to protect the company's data and systems
- Maintain servers and perform regular backups
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Provide technical support to employees for any computer or network related issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to suggest improvements for the company's network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in networking or systems administration role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Good understanding of security protocols (SSL/TLS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1400 per month
