Team Lead - Contract Position (Indians Preferred)
Location: Atlanta, USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our team while ensuring high-quality work is delivered within given deadlines. This position is open to Indian candidates who have a valid visa to work in the USA.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and senior management
- Experience working with Indian clients or teams is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position that will require you to work full-time from our office in Atlanta. We offer competitive compensation of 1700$ per month along with potential for growth within the company.
