Online Consultant
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients through various channels, including email, chat, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and social media platforms to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Keep up-to-date with company's products, promotions, and policies
- Troubleshoot technical problems with the company's website or online tools
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively reach out to address any potential issues
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer support process
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with online communication tools and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
