Job Title: Online Customer Service Representative
We are currently hiring for the position of an Online Customer Service Representative for our growing team in Atlanta. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via various online platforms. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using online platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information via online chat, email, or social media platforms
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through prompt and friendly communication
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
