Facade Specialist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing facade systems for buildings. This role requires extensive knowledge of building materials, structural engineering principles, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer facade systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide recommendations
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of facade systems
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the design or construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design and engineering
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, structural engineering principles, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Atlanta (open to all nationalities)
