Formworker Supervisor

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Atlanta. As the Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of formworkers and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. This is a contract position without accommodation, open to both male and female applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Ensure that all forms are set up correctly and securely before concrete pouring
- Monitor the quality of work and provide guidance to formworkers as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule tasks for the formwork team
- Train new formworkers on techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and overall project progress
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of various types of formwork systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in construction
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods

Salary:
$1600 per month
