Locksmith Technician



We are currently in need of a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Atlanta. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair locks, deadbolts, and other security devices
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key cutting machines
- Respond to emergency calls for lockouts or other lock-related issues
- Inspect and maintain existing locks to ensure functionality and security
- Create master key systems for clients as needed
- Keep accurate records of services provided and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Locksmith or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Ability to use various hand tools and key cutting machines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working in small spaces

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized locksmithing program
- Experience working with electronic security systems
- Knowledge of local building codes related to locks and security systems
