Metal Fabricator


As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and assembling metal structures, components or machinery. You will work with various types of metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper to produce high-quality pieces based on technical drawings and blueprints. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with precision equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark dimensions for metal pieces using various tools
- Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal pieces using hand tools or specialized equipment
- Assemble metal components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in metalworking is a plus
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment such as plasma cutters, presses, and shears
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong understanding of various types of metals and their properties
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with heavy machinery

Salary: $900/month
